daughter married in husband's country.Husband HAS TEMPORARY GREEN CARD IN USA and has lived here for 15 months.

HE ABANDONED HER 3 months ago. Any special legal issues for obtaining divorce

The husband's immigration status may be effected by a divorce. In addition, if the husband's whereabouts are unknown, this would also be an issue in the divorce.
