Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota
my fiance is from ecuador and his ex girlfriend dropped off her 6 year old at his parents house in ecuador saying she is his. he took dna and she is his daughter. we want to get her up here, i think he is illegal-we are planning to get married around the first of the year. what steps do we need to do to get our daughter up here? do we have to wait until were married to get started?
