Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota
I am filling out an i90 to renew my green card, as it expires within the next 6 months. Since my orginal green card was issued, I got married and changed my name, then got divorced and changed it back. As the form asks if I have changed my name legally, do I still need to supply all of that information, even though my name is the same as what is on my original issued green card?
