Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota

What happenes when you lie on your us- residence papers??

I have a friends who lied about his personal information when applying for his US Residence about 3 years ago. He is still lying. I would like to know what would happen if the immigration office found out, and what would happen to his immigration status? Could he still apply for us citizenship?

THANKS!!

To be eligible for citizenship, applicant must prove good moral character for the past five years. If permanent resident status was based on fraud, the application will be denied. In addition, his/her permanent resident status may also be revoked. For further information, please schedule consultation at [email protected]
