Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota
i know hennepin court house has a record of me driving afeter suspension.but when i went to Bureau of Criminal Apprehension A Division of the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for my over all background check for immigration puposes, it shows nothing on my record..does that mean immigration officer will not find my record when i apply for the citizenship??

You should get a print out or a letter from the Court, showing they have no record. You can submit that with your N-400 & I highly doubt you'll have a problem with your case.
