Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota

I married an illegal immigrant and she left the USA voluntarly how long dose she hve to stay out of the USA before I can re-request the proper paper work for her and her daughter.

It depends on her criminal history, whether or not she had an illegal entry into the United States, whether how long she stayed in the United States illegally, etc. She may have several bars to reentry because of her past illegal entry and illegal presence - however, there are waivers to these bars.
