Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota
TN-1 to EAD transfer
I am a Canadian married to a US Citizen in Oct 2008. I am currently working
under TN-1 status (expires on 3/9/2009). My EAD and I-485 are in porcess (received notice of acceptance on Jan 14). Can I continue to work in US if my TN-1 expires
before my EAD card is issued? If i do this, will it affect my I-485 application.
Thanks in advance.

Re: TN-1 to EAD transfer
If your TN expires before you receive your EAD, you will not be authorized to work.
