Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota
Is it true or false that if a parent's become a U.S Citizens when i was under the age of 18, would I still have to take a citizenship test and have to go through all the process like my parent's did?

That depends on several different factors which I would need to ask you.
Derivative Citizenship
In some cases, people are U.S. Citizens and do not know it. In this case, it is possible for us to file what is known as a Derivative Citizenship Petition. It is a petition that if approved, will give proof of U.S. Citizenship.
