Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota
Hi. I have come to USA in Oct, 2012 on H1b visa.
My primary location is in WI for company A and secondary location is in MN for company B, which is the wholly owned subsidiary of company A.
Now my employer is asking me to work completely at secondary location (company B). Is it legal? Will I face ant problem in future with H1B visa? Response will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
A new Labor Condition Application (LCA) should be filed and certified by the Department of Labor, and it is recommended that an amended H1B petition be filed with the USCIS.
