If you deny that you voted in a federal election can this be discovered?

It depends to whom you are denying the violation. If you are denying it to the Board of Elections, they can check on it. If you are denying it to the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, not likely. On the other hand, if you deny and obtain the benefit you sought, if it is learned that you misrepresented in your application, you may be barred from ever obtaining any kind of status in the U.S. -- but that's a chance once takes.
