Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota

My wife is from Peru, upon returning from her biometris appointment to have her conditional status removed she told me she has been having an affair and wants a divorce, given the timing of this I am led to believe she married only for residency, we have a 19 month old son, what are my options to limit her contact with my son?? Can I still withdraw my petition for her to be a resident??
