Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Minnesota

In 9/01 I created a website for a particular section of the Mn Dept of Health. In 2003 I was terminated. I have routinely used this website in my resume. Now I have noticed that one of the people that assisted in my exit has taken my name out of the source code as editor and creator and replaced it with his own. Other than updating phone numbers, addresses and links to new reports on the site it has remained with my design and words throughout. To me this is taking credit for something this person did not do. Now when I brag about my work my name isn't on it. Can I bring suit?

The website belongs to the organization for whom it was prepared. It is considered a "work for hire" and, as a result, they modify it as they see fit.
