Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Minnesota

Hi,

I'm creating a website for a tech support business and I wanted to know simply if it's legal to display your competitors prices on your website. Basically I want to show a chart on the website that shows our prices and our competitors prices, one competitor being Best Buy's Geek Squad.

I want to know if it's legal to do that? Is there anything I should do to make it more safe legally?(maybe a disclaimer stating that the company's name is property of that company not ours?)

One thing I've done was added the date that the competitors prices were updated on my website, because I figured they could sue if I miss represented them after they've made a change.

Thank you so much ahead of time!

There would be nothing illegal about advertising your price compared to your competitor.
