Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Minnesota
Is it legal for a 15 year old to give oral to a 18-19 year old? Both parties would give consent. We need to know if it's legal, though. Someone told me it would be but I'm nervous to not ask a professional

What do you mean "give oral?" You need to ask your question again. If you are asking what I think you are asking, it would be illegal.
