50% pay cut

Starting May 1 son-in-law advised only paid once per month instead of twice (15th & 30th). This amounts to a 50% pay cut. Hours and schedule stay the same.

Need to talk to him. May be eligible for UE benes due to adverse action by employer.

UE benes may exceed revised pay.
