Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota

Abuse by Employer

I was wondering if there was some sort of legal action I could take to help me with my problem? My employer (owner of the restaurant I work at) verbally harrasses me on a daily basis. Today, because I was upset and raised my voice when he was heckling me, he called me a bitch and told me to leave in the middle of my shift. This is just one example of the many times he's verbally abused me. He's also known for his very inappropriate sexual remarks that he'll make on a daily basis. Everyone who's worked with him could vouch for this. He has cause me alot of emotional stress almost every day that I've had to work with him, and after over a year of abuse I can't take it anymore. WHAT SHOULD I DO????
