Hello. It appears that you are interested in suing for money damages, so you should contact a Minnesota licensed attorney who will privately discuss your issues with this boss in great detail and then be able to provide you with a legal opinion as to any and all possible paths of legal recourse. You may contact the Minnesota Dept. of Labor as to labor standards pertaining to wage, hour and employment law issues. Some attorneys are available seven days for emergency legal needs. Many attorneys will confer initially at no charge. Then, if legal work is performed, some attorneys will provide a reduced fee for financial hardship. Some attorneys may also assist you in limited scope manner to conserve legal costs. All the best. Tricia Dwyer, Esq. at 612-296-9666. Phone answered 365 days. EMPLOYMENT LAW. CIVIL LAWSUITS.
