Company Closes
The company I work for is closing the doors and moving every thing down south they told us that we could not go work for another company that does the same as we do because of the confidentiality agreement that we signed at the start of our employment until the doors were completely shut on this company,there are people in the company that are looking for simular employment what laws are there.

Under these circumstances I would certainly assert a challenge to the Non-compete's enforcability.
I have challenged (and enforced) non-competes in multiple cases over the years.
