I am suspended without pay for 7 business days for an alleged harassment accuzation. what are my rights as an employee. The compqny is supposedly investigating this, It is a clear case of a he said she said incident with no witnesses I am completely innocent.

First, unless you are in a union and have a collective bargaining agreement, I assume you are an at=will employee.
Second, I would want to review any Employee Handbook or Manual re: provisions for discipline and investigation.
Third, you should document all conversations and communications should your termination become the final outcome.
