Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota
can my employer cancel my vacation when I quit even though I offered to give two weeks if they paid me my accrued vacation.
1 Answer from Attorneys
Hello. Your post is confusing. Assuming a somewhat significant amount of money is involved, do confer with a private attorney who will be happy to provide you with a legal opinion on your rights and all potential or available paths of recourse. This website provides general information and general principles of law and does not provide private legal advice. Some attorneys are available seven days for emergency legal needs. Many attorneys will confer initially at no charge. Then, if legal work is performed, some attorneys will provide a reduced fee for financial hardship. Some attorneys may also assist you in limited scope manner to conserve legal costs. All the best.
