Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota

Can an employer change the hrs required for full time status?..If so, can they take away pay if they change you to part time status? The company i work for has changed the amount of hrs needed to be considered full time 3 times this yr and it seems to be getting rediculous. Please help.

If you do not havae a contract regarding employment, the employment terms may be chaged at any time with notice.
