Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota

Employment Discrimination

I recently filled out a job application that asked ''have you ever been convicted of a crime?'' I answered ''no.'' I have 2 disorderly conducts on my record as part of a plea bargain that are listed as non-criminal offenses. The company accused me of falsifying an application and withdrew their job offer. Is this legal and if not what are my options?

Re: Employment Discrimination

Would need to see the job app and the criminal disposition document. This would be billable.
