Is it illegal to break an oral contract concerning the times (during the day)you will work, and change those times to a different schedule without previous consent?

First of all, there must be an analysis as to whether contract exists. In most instances, setting a work schedule and changingit does not create any type of enforceable contract. Such schedulessbe changed at any time. By the same token, you may be terminaed or quit the employment at any time.
