Can my in-laws do this?

My in-laws created a corporation for their family farm.My husband is an employee of it.This month I recieved a W2 form for my son from the corporation.How can my in-laws legally take my twelve year old son social security number and make him an employee of the corporation without our knowledge?He made a little over $400.About $30 was taken out in social security and medicare which was all paid out in cash.

Yes,if he was paid, he can receive a W-2 and they must report the wages to get a tax deduction.
