Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota

Insurance Company is not paying me as promised...

I have been working for a major insurance company for 3 1/2 years on a $200,000.00 payment guarantee as an annuity wholesaler. I received this guarantee for 2 1/2 years which was stated in my acceptance letter upon my acceptance of their offer. After my guarantee ran out, my company has been garnishing my wages after the guarantee to ''payback'' the original guarantee. My acceptance letter does not state at all that I would have to pay back my guarantee. They considered my guarantee as a pre-payment and now without being notified, my paycheck is being garnished to pay back my guarantee. Do I have any recourse against my insurance company to receive what has been garnished from me plus interest?

Did they obtain a judgment? I would have to review your contract and any related documents to advise you.
