Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota
Management disclosing job preformance issues
I have been told by a friend that my employer disclosed certain negative aspects of my job preformance to her, and to others who were not members of the management staff. I was wondering if this could fall under 'right to privacy' laws, and if any legal action could be taken on my part.

It may depend on the type of information.
What precisely was disclosed?
Was it statement of fact or opinion?
Was it accurate?
