Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota

Management disclosing job preformance issues

I have been told by a friend that my employer disclosed certain negative aspects of my job preformance to her, and to others who were not members of the management staff. I was wondering if this could fall under 'right to privacy' laws, and if any legal action could be taken on my part.
