Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota
mental harrasment
At my former place of employment, a fellow worker was making harrasing comments to me about how long my breaks were taking, how I was doing my job and questioning every detail of my job.He would bring these things up at morning meetings and would complian to my supervisor so much she finally told him to stop tattling. He waited for me to make a mistake then he told the ladies at work to write me up and send it to human resourses. They did, after along time of investagation the human resource department terminated me without me being able to get people to stand up for me and defend myself. What can I do I lost my job over the things said, and now I can't collect unemployment or maybe ever get a job in this field again. Please help me find some answers

Re: mental harrasment
You need to sit down with an employment law attorney to fill in missing information. For example, were you in a union? Did you have an employment contract or employee handbook?
Were the statements true or slanderous?
Why was unemployment compensation denied?
