Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota

Missing Wages

I quit my job and gave a two week notice. My boss told me that I could leave immediatly and that I would be paid out the two weeks on my check along with my unused vacation time. I received my check and it was missing the two weeks of pay. When I emailed her to advise her that this was missing, she said she was checking with payroll. My question is this; what is the amount of time that the company has to pay me my missing wages?

Thank you

Re: Missing Wages

Not later than the first regularly scheduled payday after the last day of employment, unless a collective bargaining agreement provides differently.

If the first regularly scheduled payday is less than five calendar days following the employee's final day of employment, full payment may be delayed until the second regularly scheduled payday but cannot exceed a total of 20 calendar days following the last day of employment.
