Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota

Being payed still after quitting

After quitting a company that treats employees poorly Im still receiving paychecks. I was a salary employee so Im assuming that they never removed me from their pay roll. Im wondering if Im legally able to cash those checks and keep them? I know morally I shouldnt but I have a strong dislike for this company.

Are you certain there is no severance agreement or other basis for vacation or other pay for which you are entitled?

Are you receiving unemployment comp?
