Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota

payment of accrued paid-time-off

I was laid off in October, but my employer has not paid my accrued PTO (paid-time-off). The company is in a wind-down and in financial difficulty. The bank is providing operating money for them to keep open. Do I have any legal recourse or can I force bankruptcy.
