Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota
I was recently laid off from my previous employer of 20 years. I was just denied employment at another company after they contacted someone at my previous employer and were told by that person that I could be difficult to work wit.
Can I do anything about this?

Termination
Then bring a lawsuit if appropriate for Defamation
You should immed file for UE benefits
