Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota
Slander/Libel
I work at a Catholic Parish and someone has accused me of sexual activity on parish property. This has caused the loss of my job. Am I eligible to file slander charges against the person who made the accusation. This did not happen and there is absolutely no proof that it did.
