Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota
my son got an underage drink charge and fleeing charge. One of the police officers told my son's employer that he won't be a patron if they kept my son working at their establishment. Can the police officer actually do this?

It seems a little unprofessional, but I do not believe there is any legal recourse for you son.
