Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota

I have been having trouble with my coworkers falsely reporting information to our boss about me as well as digging through my personal papers and emails. What, if anything, can I do about this? the work environment has turned very hostile especially after one of the newest coworkers began working with us. Our boss is aware of the situation but is laid back and feels that if we just move forward with a clean slate everything will be better but there have already been new problems that she has turned a blind eye to.
