Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota
Unemployment Appeal
Is there a good citation that states a judge must rule on the evidence admitted and not make suppositions based on evidence not admitted. Prefer MN case. Thanks.

Re: Unemployment Appeal
In Minnesota as elsewhere, a Judge can ACCEPT or REJECT any evidence based on rules of evidence, credibility of witnesses,or other factors.sounds like you may need an attorney.
