Unemployment Appeal

Is there a good citation that states �a judge must rule on the evidence admitted� and not make suppositions based on evidence not admitted. Prefer MN case. Thanks.

In Minnesota as elsewhere, a Judge can ACCEPT or REJECT any evidence based on rules of evidence,credibility of witnesses,or other factors.sounds like you may need an attorney.
