Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota

Union Dues

I am a member of IBEW local 292. My employer has been calculating everyones working dues incorrectly and not deducting enough from our pay. This practice goes back approximately 10 years. I am now told I will have to pay these dues to the union in full. Is there a statute of limitations for this or can they go back as many years as they want. This will be a substantial amount of money for everyone involve
