Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota

Unpaid for work and vacation owed

I was on a FMLA leave in November, was paid remaining sick time and opted to give up 7 days vacation in 2003 for November pay. For December, I had 49 hours vacation pay owed, bid for and granted in 2001, and one flown trip of 25 hours for a total of 74 hours pay. I recieved a small check on th 13th of December, and NO paycheck on the 27th. Why was I not payed for earned vacation pay and trip flown in the month of December? I fullfilled all obligations for the month of December. Isn't this against the anti-slavery law?

Thank you.

Anti-slavery law? I don't know what you're referring to, but it sounds to me like you work for an airline and are therefore part of a Union. Accordingly, you need to consult your union rep to determine what your rights are under your collective bargaining agreement.
