Vacation

I have worked at the same company for 7 1/2 years. I get 3 weeks of vacation a year. It is accrued during the year and is not paid until your anniversary. I recently resigned - I gave 3 weeks notice. It is 6 months since my last anniversary. Will I get the 1 1/2 weeks of vacation I have accrued?
