Wages Unpaid

The company we work for is going through liquidation and we are owed a paycheck for time worked December 25, 2006 through January 5, 2007. What do we need to do to get our back pay? Do we need to wait until the liquidation is complete or can we do something now?

Have you made written demand for payment?
