Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota
I have been out of work due to being sick and getting surgery. I recently got surgery 4 days ago but have been out of work because i could not go to work due to not wanting to infect anyone. my work fired me today for not returning to work even though i have provided doctors notes.
