Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota
I have 3 felonies for burglary that are a little over 7 years old and I am being denied the right to rent from every apartment that I am looking at renting in Minnesota. Is there some law that prohibits them from denying me since the felonies are over 7 years old? I have not been in trouble since I got them and I am currently going for a bachelors degree in accounting to help better my life and show that I am not the young trouble maker I once was.

I am afraid that there is no such law. An potential landlord may deny occupancy based on a criminal record.
