Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota

I have a 20 yr. old who quit collage 1 yr. ago. And is now in beauty school since Aug. 2009,paid for with govt.grants/loans. I do know that her schooling is paid for and she gets extra money for living expense, but gives nothing in rent, bills, food,etc. My wife and I would like to evict her , but because she is a STUDENT,as she say,s. We can't do nothing about IT. HOW DO I DO TOUGH LOVE?

There is nothing that precludes you from evicting and adult child. You must follow through with unlawful detainer (eviction) procedures.
