contract for deed
I got into a contract for deed that was misrepersented on the land size. Told it was 10 acres and its only 8.7 . Do I have 30 days to back out or what can I do?

ANy other docs like Purchase Agreement? Need to see those and CD before I can provide final answer. If actual fraud or misrep you may have more than 30 days but you should NOT delay due to doctrine of laches.
