Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota

end of lease (moving out) rights

I'm moving out. I'm on a month-to-month basis. The rental terms say I have to be out by noon of the last day of the month. Aren't I entitled to stay in my apartment until midnight of that last day because I have paid rent for the ENTIRE month? Is there anything (i.e. a law) to support this that I can use to help me keep those 12 hours? (If so, how can so many apartment complexes get away with having this same ''get out by noon'' stipulation?)
