Eviction
My daughter just got notice that she needs to be out of her house she is renting by march 30th. She is current on all bills they just want to put it on the market. Can they do that. She has a new born and 1 yr old.

Notice would likely be insufficient or VOID. At a minimum ONE FULL RENTAL PERIOD would be required notice ( and it STARTS at the END of the month in which given ).
IE, any notice given after beginning of March would be effective at the EARLIEST on May 1.
I would need to review the written LEASE to advise.
