Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota

Fair housing in relation to commercial rental space

I rent a small commercial space with a business partner. I haven't even been here a month and I already feel like my landlord is harassing me & my busniess partner. He towed my business parnter's car and will not talk to her. He answers his phone, yells at her, then hangs up. She is unable to say even 3 words. This happened 4 times in one day! He is unwilling to have a conversation with us. We have a 3 year lease with him and I can't put up with harassment for the next 3 years. I am familluiar with fair housing laws for residential properties. Do fair housing laws apply to commercial spaces as well?

No but the A-hole rules apply to Commercial LL's.

Communicate in writing or through your attorney.

It's good to keep a record anyway. Does he use email? Does he have counsel ( refer to Lease).
