Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota
Final Walk-Through
I am moving out of my apartment the end of June and when I turned in my notice to vacate letter, I asked for the date and time they wanted to do the final walk-through. The leasing agent told me that they normally do the walk-though without the resident being present. Am I within my rights to insist on being there?

Yes, you should be present for the walkthrough. Also, in this age of digital photography, I would take some pictures and save them in case they try anything.
