Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota

I am trying to find out all the laws and court rules that pertain to an eviction in Isanti county MN. Where I live the property is listed as follows Inn Towne Court Apartments, LLC. I was told that as an LLC my landlord who is also the owner has to have a lawyer represent her/the LLC in any eviction case. I am fighting an eviction from her and need to know what the laws and rules are this may help my case as she has done this before and had no lawyer. you can email me any information that would pertain to this to [email protected] I thank you for your time.
