Home rental

i rented a townhome on sep 1st 2006 and signed a one year rental agreement. the intial asking price on the place was $699,000 and am renting for $2200 a month. i have just been informed that the owner and home is going to a foreclouser hearing on the 16th of may. does this terminate my contract if the bank takes it back or am i able finish out my rental agreement until sept. please help as i cant have someone come to the house and say you have to leave today. thanks

Need to review your rental agreement, and I can advise re: rights upon foreclosure. I have been a LL for 25 years.
